Woking, of course, keeping up with its own 'tradition', has mis-categorised it as “Prior Approval” instead of “Prior Approval – Telecom”, so it easily goes unnoticed.... We were unaware of it till now, when informed of it by a local resident. It is a Prior Approval application, which means that, unless enough people take the time and effort AGAIN to object, this mast will go up automatically. So, please object immediately - latest by 17th September 2008. To make it easier for you, relevant details are listed below. Look into the independent research and you WILL see that health is very much adversely affected by the microwave radiation that these masts (and mobile phones, other wireless devices too) emit. Read through the information we have - links on the menu at the left. Another good website is www.mastsanity.org It is extremely serious. Woking will take little or no notice of objection due to health - so ensure you detail all other reasons too, as well as concerns for your and your family's health Please send/email ONE letter per person, as Woking will take one letter as ONE objection, however many people sign it. (However, letters identical to each other are fine). For maximum effect, send/email copies of your letter to ALL the councillors on the Planning Committee, so they all know of your concerns, not just the one council officer or councillor you may otherwise write to. Also, get as many people as possible to object – i.e. all adults in a household, rather than just one on their behalf.
