No MASTS {goldsworth residents against the masts}
Wych Hill Mast Appeal 2008 PDF Print E-mail

Vodafone have also lodged an appeal for their Planning Application to build an 8m (27ft) Telegraph pole-style Mobile Telephone Mast at Wych Hill. (Grid Ref (Easting) 4992844, Grid Ref (Northing) 1575800)

Their original application was rejected by Woking Borough Council in September this year.

You need to write now to the Planning Inspector. You need to send three copies  (this is an Inspectorate requirement) of your Objection Letter (and ideally one letter per person, rather than one per household) by 24th December 2008 to the Inspectorate at:-

Ref: APP/A3655/A/08/2089745 , The Planning Inspectorate,3/20 Eagle Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol. BS1 6PN.

With the possible delays with Christmas post, it is probably preferable to comment (object) on-line. You can do this by clicking here. Once on the Planning Casework page, click on the "Comment on this case" link at the bottom of the page.

Please note that the deadline for on-line comments is also 24th December 2008.

(You can send the Inspectorate your letters using the Comment facility, but only one document per submission, and each must be no bigger than 5MB. The Planning Inspectorate Case Officer is Hannah Dickson. The Planning Inspectorate Customer Support Line is on 0117 372 6372.)

NEW MAST APPLICATION FOR HARELANDS ROUNDABOUT PDF Print E-mail

Woking, of course, keeping up with its own 'tradition', has mis-categorised it as “Prior Approval” instead of “Prior Approval – Telecom”, so it easily goes unnoticed....

We were unaware of it till now, when informed of it by a local resident.

It is a Prior Approval application, which means that, unless enough people take the time and effort AGAIN to object, this mast will go up automatically.

So, please object immediately - latest by 17th September 2008.

To make it easier for you, relevant details are listed below.

Look into the independent research and you WILL see that health is very much adversely affected by the microwave radiation that these masts (and mobile phones, other wireless devices too) emit.

Read through the information we have - links on the menu at the left.
Another good website is www.mastsanity.org

It is extremely serious.

Woking will take little or no notice of objection due to health - so ensure you detail all other reasons too, as well as concerns for your and your family's health

Please send/email ONE letter per person, as Woking will take one letter as ONE objection, however many people sign it.
(However, letters identical to each other are fine).

For maximum effect, send/email copies of your letter to ALL the councillors on the Planning Committee, so they all know of your concerns, not just the one council officer or councillor you may otherwise write to.

Also, get as many people as possible to object – i.e. all adults in a household, rather than just one on their behalf.
